If not for the help of PRIME CREDIT SPECIALIST I wonder what would have become my fate. Im very disappointed!!! This company was recommended by a few people...A part needed to be replaced on my heater was quoted 530.00 for all.. I got the box from the tech after the part was replaced, looked up price online, part was only 70.00..Invoice says 75 for labor, 80 for service call, but no price for part...BEWARE THEY ARE A RIP OFF!! My air conditioner was not working. They came over as promised. Had to replace two capacitors. Total charge almost $400. Asked the repair man for a breakdown but wouldn't give it to us. They have a set rate including labor and parts etc he tells us. I opened the air conditioner and googled the parts, cost for each part around $15. Took less than an hour to figure out what was wrong plus to install. Great service but the prices are way too high. Read More »

I would like to thank you and your company for the recent installation of our heating/air conditioning system. The air conditioning unit has made such a tremendous difference to my husband, who is basically confined to a wheelchair and must be inside the house most of each day. Well, your service guys were great! I also appreciated Kevin coming by right after the guys got to my house. Somehow it made me feel better. I know he was busy, so I did appreciate it.
