They seemed to be honest with me and told me they'd have it fixed in about 2 days. Two days came and went and they told me they had to order a part and it'd take another 3-5 days. Which was fine. Except they've now been telling me 3-5 days for the past two weeks saying the place they ordered it from didn't send it, or it's snowed in, or they have to reorder it.
