I am excited I reached out to HACKWEST AT WRITEME DOT COM, I was ripe with credit issues due to identity theft breach from July 2022 and I needed to buy a home. I have not been able to recover from my pre-credit score after the identity thief bought some stuff using my information which messed my credit score up. I have had one of the best experiences from 1st American Card service. In the 6 years we have been a happy client they have excelled in all ways we could think of. Last month they were able to help us with an outdoor even by getting our iPads to accept credit cards. The event was flawless with a large thanks to them. Perfect service. Every experience from 1st american from the very first call up to just a few week ago has been great. I actually have an assigned representative and I can call her anytime, I never need to call a foreign call service center. I am happy an would recommend this company to any business. I want to warn anyone who is thinking of switching to this company from another merchant. 1st American made a lot of promises to our company and was not able to make good on a single one of them. The process of switching our business over to this company took about 2 months and was never completed entirely because the sales rep did not fill out paperwork properly and did not take the time to find out what was necessary to make the switch successful. My business was facing very harsh weather and flooding recently. You can not find a better company then 1st american. Our business has been in the family for 58 years and up until now, we did not see the logic for accepting credit cards. It was a simple phone call from Laura, our salesperson at 1st american that changed our view. She took the time to explain how this would grow the business and the amount of money people would spend. It is a pleasure to work with this company! I must have talked to 15 companies. Most were not willing to really answer any questions and just about all of them were pushy. We are on our 8th month with 1st American and can agree with most people here that this is simply the best company we have ever worked with! They have saved us over $300 per month from the last company and have pointed out ways to improve how we did business with credit cards. They have been honest, direct and very, very informative on every aspect of the process. I can only say great thing about this company. In the 31 years in the Food Services industry, I have never seen a company more more direct and straight forward. I have lost all trust in companies offering Merchant Services over the years as all of them made promises that they would not keep. 1st American Card Service give me the best service I have ever had for processing credit cards for my business. I have not had good experiences with my local bank and the company I replaced them with. My local bank had just got too costly. 1st American Card is a very questionable company based on my experience. They made some factually wrong assertions in the email exchanges I had with them. The main one being that they claimed I would benefit from high-volume transaction discounts that VISA/MC reserve to top retailer like Walmart/Home Depot...I had confirmation that their claim was wrong directly from Visa.
