I haved been reading TruGreen complaints on consumeraffairs.com and the one review on this BBB site matches those. Still at the insistence of my gardner, I called local TruGreen office. Just like in other complaints the person talking to me on phone was somewhat rough (was eating while talking). Trugreen did not provide me with a written contract for service. They make cancelling service very difficult, due to the fact taht nothing is in writing. It took me four months to cancel service, while having to pay the bill or be sent to collections. Trugreen does not have a clear service or cancellation policy. Read More »
