I think the Nu coat painting on of the greatest and finest in world.The team at Nu Coat Painting were highly professional and did a fantastic job on our Los Angeles Interior office building. Outstanding company! George is responsive to emails, phone calls and the questions which I had a Million of them. Most of the other Painting contractors stopped taking my calls, but George persevered. NuCoat Painting did an excellent job of painting my vacation home. We needed a new coat of paint in my son's room. My son is a toddler, so he does get a little messy at times. He's colored over all the walls with crayons and we really just needed someone to come and help us touch it up. NuCoat Painting did such a great job and they were just so professional with their work. George is always so helpful and he really just does the best job! Read More »

On September 24, 2010, George de la Portillo's team from Nucoat painting finished painting the living room, dining area, foyer, and front bedroom. During the last five years, they have painted the exterior, including the garage and its attached office as well as the kitchen, the master bedroom and bath. George de la Portilla and his crew did an outstanding job of painting the exterior of my house, a job completed 9/20/2010. I first contacted him because of his excellent reviews on this site and angieslist. I had a particular problem with my 2004 paint job ( done by another local co.) as white streaks appeared in the gray top coat about four years post painting (and post warranty.) NuCoat painted the exterior of my home in August '10. I Was most impressed with the thoroughness of their preparation. I have a mid-century home with the original wood windows and many layers of paint. The workers sanded the sills down to the bare wood before priming and painting for a very nice and lasting finish. Nu Coat Paint has painted the outside of our house twice. Both times we have been impressed by the quality of the workmanship. The owner checks in frequently with his crew and addresses any concerns immediately. I am completely satisfied with George and Nu Coat Painting/ I had them paint my exterior ten years ago and i just had them do painting for me again and i couldnt be more pleased. The owner George De La Portilla and his company did an excellent job for an complete exterior house painting job. Our house is a fixer and the work needed was more than what George predicted (a lot of wood work issues). However, his crew worked hard to keep schedule. Nucoat painting and their service are tremendous. They helped me with everything from a color consultation for selecting the perfect colors for my project and they worked with me through their progress every step of the way. I have used NuCoat Painting 3 times in the past. The first time they painted the outside of my home; the second time they painted all of the inside; the third time they painted my parents' home. I have also recommended them to my friends and they have used Nucoat at least twice as well. I would use them again anytime and so would my friends.
