Our patio was put up in 2010 and the person who put it up placed the spout on the wrong end. Lol! called today to see why I have not received a p/c back and this person Melissa stated she did not receive my phone call so therefore I need to wait another 1.5 weeks, but that is not the issue. The complete process was a pleasure. Every employee was outstanding... Salesman Phil, Customer Service, the show room receptionist, and the installer Steve and the electricians all did their job with pride and skill. Very happy. Everyone I dealt with knew their jobs and did them professionally. Cement contractor and crew were exceptional. Only problem was a miss-communication on what I ordered and where 4 posts were to be installed. Hence they were installed in the wrong location. The mistake was corrected to my satisfaction. The final job was what I expected and then some. I give this company a high recommendation and would use them again. Read More »

Patio is overall nice but not what we ordered. Original estimate was for 4 posts and we ended up with 6 which makes the patio look small and closed in. When I asked the installer about it he said that the engineers do the design and he just puts it together. Ok, fine, but we should have been notified that the final product would not be what we asked for. We bought 2 fans that were installed with no problems and the electrician was great. We had our cover installed in the summer of 2007. It was supposed to be the better cover as we planned to enclose it down the road. It has leaked every year. We have requested it to be repaired each time. The original installer was sent 3 of the 4 times we have had to have some one out. I requested they send someone else the third time . Rooms n’ Covers just finished installing a beautiful patio cover for our home on 4/27/10. From the no high-pressure salesperson, the demo guy taking down our old cover, the installation crew putting up the new cover, the electrician installing our ceiling fan, and the office gal who pulled it all together, everyone was friendly, professional and skilled at their jobs. My husband and I used Rooms N Covers to design and install two patio covers at our home. After 6 years, the covers still look brand new. The project was completed on time and on budget. The salesman was professional and courteous; not like many others in this industry who won't leave unless you sign a contract. The installer was experienced and polite.
