Unbelievable how unprofessional this company is, from the sales persons on to the credit departments staff and management. The company lost my documentation once then again misplaced my records. This information included within my documentation was copies of my California Drivers License, Social Security card, bank records, credit report, etc. This is just ridiculous practices. I initially became aware of Karplus Warehouse by way of an Ad for a quick pick tow truck that they had posted on E-bay. I was contacted by a representative of Karplus, thus began the dreaded journey. This is a shady operation full of crooks. I went in to buy a car and they approved me so I gave them all of the required information. Then thankfully I read the contract and found that they had charged me for items that they said had been added to the car by them when in fact they where already on the vehicle as part of the factory package. The cost would be significant since it would be also financed at their wonderful 25%. They charge other hidden fees so beware and look closely. Do not buy... Read More »
