We have been clients of Secure One for 10 years, and have never had a bad experience with them. They rented out our house quickly to excellent tenants, have taken good care of the property, and have always been quick to respond to our, and the tenants, needs. I would highly recommend them. Secure One Properties has provided excellent service managing my rental properties continuously for 20 years. Each property has been maintained in the manner I expect and all maintenance problems have been corrected immediately throughout this period. Prospective tenants have been screened carefully with the result that not one problem of note has occurred between the tenants and management. Rental occupancy has been near 100 percent. Dear David and Jennine, Sometimes you don't know what you've got until it's gone. If you recall, Secure One managed my townhouse in Newbury Park for 2 years, and after that represented me in the successful sale of the home in 2006.
