I will never trust Toyota of Glendora with my 2007 Prius. They gave me a quote over the phone for a job on the car. They said the price included labour parts and service. The quote was $200.00 cheaper than Claremont. I then discussed this with Claremont who said they would honor that quote and get Glendora to FAX the estimate. I've been going to Toyota of Glendora for 10 years and when the Toyota of Claremont opened AND my service adviser left Glendora, I decided to change. THAT was a HUGE mistake. Claremont service doesn't come even close to Glendora. Dave Davies runs a tight ship and the workers display professionalism and courtesy. I'm "training" my new service adviser and I'm sure he'll do great! I'm staying at Glendora, even though the one in Claremont is across the street from me. Read More »
