Buyer beware. I paid 1628.00 cash for a bedroom set. Less then 24 hours later asked to cancel due to financial issue. Could not get a straight answer for three days. The refused to answer calls and put me on hold and never came back. I was then told the would charge over 300.00 to restock the item (found out later item wasn't even ordered yet) or I could wait another week and maybe I could get my money back. I completely trusted this company in giving me exactly what I ordered. I ordered a very soft mattress and was delivered a firm mattress. I immediately had them pick it up. There was no paperwork involved with me on this delivery, so how can I know I received the right mattress. Now they are charging me a re-stocking fee of 20% on total price of the mattress. They are also charging me a 69.00 pick up fee, So they are making me responsible to pay them back $229.59 total. I believe this is total... Read More »
