I've been bringing my two Mercedes to Tri-Star since I moved to LA, 3-1/2 years ago. I feel fortunate to have found Jack and his shop. Jack offers very competitive pricing for great quality work but also gives you options. When appropriate to the repair and safety, he will give you the option of using new OEM parts, refurbished or salvaged parts - and he can always get them delivered fast, usually within a couple of hours. Jack and Neno are two of the most professional people I have ever known. They are very nice, friendly, and professional. You will find the best service, the most affordable prices, and most importantly honesty when you visit Tri Star Motors. Jack has been my mechanic for several years and will continue to be so. He has worked on all the MB that I have brought in. He excels in 'true' customer service and provides outstanding quality professional MB car care. He is exceptionally resourceful, reliable and very honest.
