DON-A-VEE summed up: 1. Test Drive elsewhere then come here if they have what you want. 2. If you have a trade-in, take it to CarMax and walk in with Cash 3. Use your own financing, or find out ahead of time what they were able to get for you as they won't tell you. 4. Be prepared for the wear-down tactic and key retention. 5. If I could rate them with less than one star I would. We purchased a 2011 Jeep Liberty from these people last week they shorted our payoff of our trade in vehicle purposely and tried to get us to write them a check for $500 saying that was the difference of what we still owed. I called the bank and it was only $88. I filed the first complaint with the BBB and they tried to scramble and say it was my banks fault and a payment was JUST posted (even though it cleared my bank over a week prior).... Read More »

Don-a-vee is not to be trusted whatsoever!!! My husband dropped of our Chrysler 300 for repair of a leak and speedometer shutdown. We were told that the water pump required replacing and the timing belt should be done at the same time, oil change and battery replacement, all for $1800. We declined and only had the oil change, battery and water pump done for $1200. Brought the car home and again the leak was still there and my speedometers freaked out. I would suggest not dealing with Don A Vee Chrysler Jeep’s service department. I took my 1999 Jeep Cherokee there for an oil change and they also performed a vehicle inspection.Don A Vee Chrysler Jeep claimed to have found a number of things that needed to be serviced, but the price they quoted just seemed outrageous.Here is what they recommended:SPARK PLUGS, CAP, ROTOR, AND IGNITION WIRES = $342 POWER STEERING FLUSH = $155 THROTTLE BODY SERVICE = $168 FUEL INJECTOR SERVICE = $155 BRAKE FLUID...
