Late in 2013, my wife and I bought a house with a 30-year old pool/spa that needed a complete remodel including new equipment and new plaster. The spa is about two-feet higher than the pool and has a waterfall to the pool over some boulders. Sent by ins. comp. to see if damage was from leaking pipe or shower use. Over an hour late. Deliberately pulled back inside curtain and adjusted showerhead so water would spray on floor. Refused to leave when asked. Physically threatened me and used foul language when leaving. Read More »

This company not only showed up on time, but explained every step along the way. They worked very hard to find the leaks in our plumbing, and repaired them without making a mess. Dan, Mike, and Marco saved our home from any structural damage. They came out the day after Christmas to identify the leaks and give an estimate, then scheduled the work for the very next day. I cannot say enough about how hard they worked to do the job right. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Read More »

First off they were more than an hour late for the initial appt. Then we were charged up front payment for a Leak Detection. Their employee Matt was here for about an hour. There was some mold inside a closet and linen cupboard by the walls. Matt asked my husband to go pull back the carpet. (Later we were told by the repair company that they NEVER should have even gone past seeing the mold on the carpet. They should have stopped right then.) This company is dishonest and unwilling to own up to their errors. They "supposedly" detected a leak in our house when in reality there was no leak. Based on their "detection", our hired plumbers broke through our marble flooring and foundation only to find that the ground and surrounding area was 100% dry. No leak!!!
