I've been using Maximum Security for over 7 years! The customer service is exceptional compared to other security companies. Whenever I call for service there is always someone there to answer the phone during office hours & if I really need something after hours there is an on-call tech! The staff is knowledgeable & sincere in there plight to provide excellent costumer service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is searching for a small local professional company. This company i would not recommend do to a lack of knowledge from employees. on oct 9 2008 i was told i could not arm my alarm with the motion sensors on due to my dogs in the house. on oct 21 2008 my house was broke into and items where stolen, i then tested my alarm with the dogs in the house and the dogs did not set the alarm system off. i would have not lost over $2,000.00 dollars worth of items if it were not for the incompatent employees of this business. i spoke to the 2 owners and got...
