This company somehow had been selling us grossly over-priced ink cartridges for a long time. I'm talking $50 cartridges, 8 per box, like every month. I looked into it and found that I could get them for $20 everywhere else (even new directly from the vendor) so I quickly cut ties with Package Data after they claimed they couldn't lower the cost less than $40. This company is very deceptive. They tricked one of my employees to order toner cartridges and when I called to return them within their "5 day receipt of merchandise" window, they kept saying someone would call me back about the return. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!! Read More »

These people are the scum of scum. They call your business and get some erroneous persons name and then send toner you dont even need or use!! Then send a bill and then hound you for payment. I told them I would not pay and to come get it. They do not have anyone to get and I REFUSE to walk this box anywhere... Someone called our office asking for information from the person who answered. The person who was on the phone made the mistake of giving them her info. They claimed they were referred from the corporate office and needed info on what type of printers we used. Mistake #2 was the person gave the info. The manager overheard the conversation and told the employee to stop answering questions because the corp office would know all of the info and would not be calling us. So the employee hung up.... Do no use this company ever!!! They have called my company the first time confirming a shipping of toner for a printer we no longer have. They did not ask to speak to a manager or anyone that would be in charge of purchasing products. my employee believing their story thinking myself or my manager had purchased something confirmed our address for them. Hello! Recently I was having printer problems at work. Not only did we run out of ink for the printer in our main office, but we had no idea what type of ink to buy, or how to install the new ink cartridges. FAKE REVIEW My business has had a long standing account with Package Data Services. Our transactions have always been smooth, and I have never had any reason to complain, but what really inspired me to come online and put the good word out for Package Data, was when we recently upgraded our printers. FAKE REVIEW Quality not Quantity My office received a call over 3 years ago from Package Data Services, soliciting to sell us printer cartridges. It so happened that we DID need some at the time so accepted the one time new buyers special they offered. FAKE REVIEW Good Company Great People!!! Any dealings I have had with Package Data has been beneficial not only to them, but to me, as I love their customer service, and their willingness to go the extra mile to keep my company supplied at reasonable prices, and their products seem to last longer then other ones I've had in the past. FAKE REVIEW I have been dealing with Package Data Services for over 12 years, and find their customer service is the best I've encountered and their products are of the highest quality.Their staff is friendly, helpful and always gives me a reminder call when they know I must be running low on my inkjet cartridges. During January 2010 my company received a package containing 4 cartons of printer ribbon for several old impact printers from Package Data Services with an invoice which did not specify the price. Thinking nothing of it, the employee who they were shipped to placed them into our inventory.
