I have tried to get an answer regarding what is covered with a service request. I called Simi, Calabasas and Camarillo with no one able to answer what is covered. I talked to 7 different people and everyone just transferred or gave me some else number. What does Park West HOA Camarillo do for their residents? I think its a pretty simple question to answer. For any property management company, the community manager assigned to an HOA can be hit or miss. My Association has had both fantastic managers and terrible ones. This is a top notch Property Management Company. It is sometimes challenging as a vendor to get paid in a timely fashion but this isn't the case with Ross Morgan. I especially love the web portal that they offer, so I can pay my dues online and see documents that are posted in a timely manner. Ross Morgan & Company has managed our HOA for 4 years. Our manager has consistently provided us with organized board packets for our meetings and as a result we are very productive. The first year was a transition year required a fair amount of clean-up from our prior manager. This included both maintenance and financial clean-up. I called the Community Manager for the Colonies Homeowners Association, to follow up on a dispute and she was very rude and did not even hear my question. She immediately told me to contact my owner and hung up. I called her back to tell her that my owner asked me to contact them directly and she started yelling at me telling me she couldn't help me and hung up a second time. Sarah is a real star and portrays your company with the professionalism you stand for. Our property languished under prior management. When we started with Ross Morgan we literally had a separate set of A/R books running due to the lack of trust in our prior management company to keep accurate delinquency records. What a pleasant change it has been to be able to trust monthly delinquency reporting. Ross Morgan is not a dependable company to deal with. I have stopped in their offices a few times and their treatment of me was anything but Client friendly. I dropped off a payment in May which was not posted. The manager said they had misplaced the check and even said she would take up a collection to pay the late fee that should not have been posted to my account.
