If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. DKBF does NOT stand behind their warranty, and they are rude and demeaning to us. Floor installation shoddy - adhesive caused large wall to wall stains to appear .on the surface in many areas ..unsightly and bubbling, large gaps at seams . Called DKBF owner, and was told we were beyond HER warranty, yet has not shown us paperwork to prove her claim. DKBF website lists 20 years , and lifetime installation warranty.
