I just want to say what a great guy Ali is. We were refereed to Hovee's by our mechanic our Honda Crv was hit. Ali called me right away and was very honest in the costs involved to repair no being worth it. Hovee's is simply the best. Friendly, quick, reliable service is only the start of what Hovee's provides. They deal with the insurance adjuster, they help with the rental car, and they make a stressful situation comfortable. Everyone I refer to Hovee's calls me to thank me. The first time I took my car to Hovee's Auto Body, I was so impressed. Not only was Ali, the owner, very nice, honest and a pleasure to talk to, but the workmanship on my car was amazing. I have been a customer of Hovee's for 12 years. In the last 12 months I have had my car repaired, sent a total stranger (who I rear-ended) to have his car repaired, and right this minute, my younger son is having major damage repaired on his car. I went to Hovee’s Auto Body on several occasions to have my cars repaired. All of my communications or dealings were with Ali, the owner of the premises. Ali is an absolute pleasure to talk to. He is very kind, honest and very attentive. He follows me around my car as I point out the problems, and he makes a note of everything. Honesty, quality, knowledge, and integrity are words that describe Hovee's Auto Body. When I brought my car in for an estimate for a collision repair I was greeted by Ali, the owner. He took the time after accessing the damage to explain what was going to be done. I made arrangements to leave my car and was kept up on the progress of the repairs. I have dealt with Hovees for more than 10 years. They have worked on several of my cars over the years as well as members of my family. The owner Ali is a great guy who is honest and very reasonable. Their quality has proved to be as good if not better than the best dealerships I have dealt with.
