I started my process on May 23, 2016 and I received notice today, September 30, 2016, it has been funded and closed today. Too many loan officers coming and going in this company, two different closing costs and three different costs for the escrow account...I paid the higher amount for both just so this would finally close. The loan officer we dealt with, Chris Williams, was professional and very helpful. He was prompt in answering any question my wife or I had. I truly appreciate dealing with a company that is up to speed on technology. By this I mean electronic signing, scanning, texting and voice mail. After receiving multiple offers regarding my VA-backed mortgage from several companies, I decided to look into what Intelliloan offered. Refinanced a VA loan on a residence in New Jersey. Doug Burchard & his team did an excellent job and the entire process was pleasant and smooth. I wound up throwing a monkey wrench (unintended) and Doug was able to regroup and still get me a great deal. The staff members I came in contact were always more than willing to help, as quick as possible and as much as possible. Although a tight deadline was setup, they did meet the deadline. Cost of loan turned out to be higher than initial estimates and had to sign disclosure three times due to incorrect amounts entered in it. This company rocks! From the moment I called to inquire about a refinance they were so helpful. My current mortgage company offered me a lower rate but with more fees. I called Intelliloan back and told them and they just needed some confirmation documents and they dropped the rate. Not only did they drop the rate, they gave me so many credits that I only had to pay about $240 when I closed.
