I would never use this Jewelry. Eddie gave my son a price out the door made all these promises Come to find out he lied about everything They couldn't have in time and the price was going to be more money Everything Eddie told us was a lie! They are scam pros. Do not use their financing. They don't tell you that there is A TRIPLE amount you have to pay after you pay the monthly payments. We purchased an $1800 Ring. Made 6 monthly payments totaling $1800. After that their financing company said there is more financing fee in amount of $2000 more. Read More »

My daughter purchased 2 rings black and white diamonds in white gold in Dec 2016. She paid 3800 for one and 1000 for the other. She tried to return because I felt she paid too much and they refused. I have been to various Jewelers and the most she can get is a total of 400.00. I was told that Kevin Jewelers are notorious for inflating their prices and preying on innocent consumers. Be careful if you buy anything from this store. If you need to return merchandise, you may never get your money back. I am getting ready to file a police report. I mailed something back on January 22, 2016 and it was confirmed delivered on January 27. It has now been 15 business days and I have not received my refund yet. I am extremely disappointed in Kevin's Jewelers in the Thousand Oaks Mall and will not be returning for future purchases. My boyfriend bought me a beautiful right for Christmas and was concerned that I might not like it. My fiancé had a gold ring from his previous marriage which he wanted to sell. He was not aware of the places where to sell gold. Then he asked our neighbor Sally (who frequently sold her jewelry) and she recommended Kevin Jewelers. He went there and sold his gold ring. Thought Kevin Jewelers at Del Amo mall in Torrance would treat me right as referred to them by a friend. I was quoted a price in person on an upgrade with a trade in on a ring purchased previously at their store. I called to verify the price discussed one week prior and went to the store to purchase the agreed upon ring. Not Happy at all :( with the deal I made at Kevin Jewelers - Arcadia. This place is so NON-FRIENDLY! They advertise they will give you 30% more for your gold. I am very disapointed with Kevin Jewelers in The Westfield Topanga Mall. Yesterday I gave the salewoman $330.00 dollars to hold a ring that I liked.
