I recently went for a free consultation and it was the worst consultation I had ever experienced in my life! An "office manager/sales person" with NO medical credentials came in and seemed completely annoyed (and very unprofessional) and just threw numbers at me for about 5 minutes and basically discouraged me from getting any treatments. I wish I had done more research before spending $9500 of my hard earned money. You'd think that, with all my education, I would have been smarter with my cash and not trusted this place just because it was advertised on KFI. I guess I had a false sense of security even though my gut instincts told me not to trust these people after the high-pressure salesman told me how much I was going to be paying and I only saw the Dr. for maybe 2 minutes. I went in for a free consultation for laser treatment for my acne, acne scars, and oily skin . All I got was a sales person took a look at my face for two seconds and gave me prices for $12,000.- $10,000. and if I started treatment today I can meet with Dr. Rispler and get treatments started for $8,000. Laser & Dermatology Institute of California and Dr. Jacob Rispler advertises heavily on their website and through numerous Southern California raido stations and encourages people to call in for a free consultation. I made an appointment to receive a consultation on laser treatments for sun damages on my face (brown spots, etc.). I was expecting to meet with Dr. Rispler.
