I purchased my new home a few months ago. I had to install some window treatments at my front room; however I was at a complete loss. I called Jason and he took the time to explain to me what will look good for my house and why. I would like to point out that Jason had no interest in selling to me the most expensive item either. I have not been igoring you. I've had quite a few irons in the fire for the last month. It is pretty rare these days to honestly tell someone "It has been a pleasure doing business with you." It was! I was not forced to wait on the line and listen to awful music--you said you'd call back and you did. You arrived on schedule, gave me a specific and detailed quote, and no high pressure. After our 40-year old velvet draperies were cleaned by another company they were returned approximately 2 inches shorter even though the company guaranteed "no shrinkage." That company initially claimed that the drapes were returned to us in their original length. Classic Carpet and Draperies designed and installed the window treatments for 4 rooms in my house, each room having a different treatment. The results were excellent. We received our carpet (whole house) in April 2010 and have been completely satisfied to date. Jason came to our house and spent several hours on our needs and suggested the carpet and color.
