then I received the wrong item a week later, I called and shipped the item back, was promised a replacement item will be send via invoice # CS-1278607 on 11/30/2010.

3 weeks on 12/20/2010 later I have not received the item, i called and was told the item was OOS at the time and was again given another invoice #CS-1280970

1/5/2011 I called again telling them I have not received the item. They said they will file a claim with UPS.

It also states on my mwave.com order: "Projector Lamp ET-LAX100 for Panasonic PT-AX100, PT-AX100u, PT-AX200, PT-AX200E, PT-AX200U, TH-AX100" This lamp is described on the mwave.com website to have a lamp life of 2000 hours. The product that I received was inferior quality (the customer service department now says that they supplied a generic lamp) and it... Read More »

Cynthia H. posted a review

We were very disappointed with both the product we purchased from Mwave as well as the customer service we received. According to Mwave.com we ordered an OEM toner cartridge. Unfortunately, we received a generic toner cartridge instead. When we went back to the site to review our order, suddenly the item number we ordered had a new product description stating that it was a generic cartridge. We never received communication from Mwave informing us of this error on their website or with our ord... Read More »

Roberta C. posted a review

Do your self a favor and do not deal with Mwave.com
I paid $185.00 for a projector bulb. The bulb only lasted 90 days (all other bulbs from other websites lasted a year) and even though the bulb had a 90 day warranty, it seems the warranty starts the day you order the bulb, not the day you receive the bulb.

I have e-mailed and faxed the owner for the past two weeks with absolutely no reply after trying to chat on-line with customer service. Customer service had already told me that the o... Read More »

Dustin S. posted a review

Years ago I purhcased a CPU from this company, and was pleased. A few weeks ago I purchased a lamp for my DLP TV, which was rated for 6000 hours. The lamp cost $100, and $10 to ship. Less than a week later the lamp failed. MWave would only refund my $100, and required me to return ship it to them, when it was obvious that the product they sold was defective and should have lasted years and not days. So basically I lost 20% of the original purchase price of the item, simply because MWave refus... Read More »

Reeve F. posted a review

Mwave.com accepted an on-line order from me on Saturday evening; later that night, it was held due to a "verification" issue. On Sunday, my American Express card was charged the full amount ($1,776.08) even though the order was held (although the bill-to, ship-to, and credit card addresses matched, the telephone number I supplied did not match the telephone number on my AmEx account).

In short: even though my order was held due to a "credit" problem, Mwave.com charged my credit card for th... Read More »
