We had our carpet installed today in 3 bedrooms with 3 walk-in closets. Steve was so helpful when we were at the store picking out the right color and texture as there were many to choose from. He was honest, knowledgeable, friendly and down to Earth. He made the process so simple and stress-free. The crew showed up exactly on time and had the install completed in 4 hours. About 11 years ago we used Sterling Carpet to purchase our carpeting and were very satisfied. Recently we decided we needed a change of color and style, even though our carpet was still in excellent condition. We went back to Sterling and once again received excellent service. The showroom was great with many choices,( even when you have one color in mind.) We highly recommend Sterling Carpets!!! They were extremely helpful in helping us select the carpet for our home. Besides the carpet being beautiful, it is of excellent quality.
