I have bought new bedroom furniture with delivery to NY. Operator answered late on my call and were not enthusiastic. Looked like that hi is not really interested in selling me furniture and tried end call faster. When I called second time operator changed. This time it was a woman that gave me all information I need and I were satisfied. Furniture is so good and was delivered on time. 4 stars. Train the operators please. Read More »

I love this place! It is the first place that I look for furniture because it has one of the best in-persons selections I have ever seen, the sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they always go above and beyond to make sure that I find exactly what I am looking for. This company has the worst customer service. I bought a futon and did not receive it. They told me it was on back order and that they would call me as soon as it comes in. Well I waited 3 weeks and called them and they told me that some guy picked it up a week ago. That is a flat out lie. They also said he had the receipt which is impossible because I still have it in my possession. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and won.
