11/21/2008. READ THE WHOLE STORY! Got one of those “Will service your furnace” letters from a company in Yorba Linda. Called them and they came out and said they couldn’t get the part to fix my furnace, but weren’t going to charge me the $79 for the “service call.” Indicated they would give me a great deal, $7,000 for a new furnace, and would come back yearly and check it for their normal service fee. Our furnace kept breaking right before Christmas and these guys were great about coming out and getting a new one for us. I talked to several different people and got a few quotes and was very happy with this man when he came out to our house and told us what he could do.
