We had three other plumbing companies come out and try to figure out where the water leak was coming from. They all gave us different answers. We made an appointment with Bill Metzger Plumbing and his technician was on time, and actually had all of the special parts to rebuild our custom shower valves, including the shower trim. The shower now looks better than new and everything works like it did when we moved in. We had two other plumbing companies tell us that they needed to repalce these valves at much higher prices. Bill Metzger Plumbing did a reroute on our copper line from our water heater to the washer in our garage ten years ago. One of the fittings recently failed & they came out and repaired it for free. WOW, after ten years, they stood behind their work! Read More »
