We purchased the garage door from AMARR of costco thinking their out source contracted agency is legitimate. Instead of AMARR, On Track sales representative arrived to my home March 2021 to assessed my garage size and capability of garage door I was purchasing. Had heard about OnTrac at a visit to Costco. A sales rep came to my home and reviewed my options with me. His answers were straightforward and he seemed to know what he was doing and knew exactly which questions to ask. The reason why is because he was an installer himself for a very long time before and knew what needs to be done beforehand. I used On Trac to install a new garage door purchased through Costco. Everybody I dealt with was helpful and professional, from the salesperson who came to our house for the initial consultation to the installer who completed the project. The whole process was quick (about a week from the initial phone call until the final installation) and easy. I am very satisfied with the new door and opener. I would definitely recommend On Trac. We used On Trac to install garage doors at two houses - our mother's house and our house. The salesperson was very professional, explained the various doors, hardware, and warranties including the lifetime warranty, and provided us with a written estimate. I got estimates from several garage door companies but decided to go with On Trac because the were very professional with excellent material and offer an excellent gold seal warranty which none of the other companies that I contacted offered. We used Costco to find our garage door company. The salesperson came to the house, asked us questions, showed us samples and explained everything. The installation guys were on time, did a great job installing the door, made sure that everything worked properly and cleaned up the entire area. Both the salesperson and the installation team were very professional and helpful. We would recommend them to our friends and family!!! Read More »

My garage door broke, so I called On Trac. They quoted a very reasonable price and promised a technician would arrive the next day. I was pleased to get a call the next morning from Dee, the technician, who verified his arrival time, showed up on time with all the necessary tools and equipment, inspected the damage, verified the low repair cost, completed the work in a timely fashion, and tested the door to ensure it worked properly before he left. In May, 2011, we moved into a new home after months of renovations. One of the last finishing touches needed were new garage doors. My husband had spotted some doors on a home in our old neighborhood that we thought would be perfect for us and I took a photo to show Dave Gibson. Recently (May 27, 2011)thru Costco Membership, On Trac Garage door company installed the Amaar Premium garage door with Lift Master ELITE 3850 opener at my resident. I had very nice experience working with On Trac Company thru out the whole process. They did very good quality work for installation of the garage door. On-Trac installed my garage doors 13 years ago. They are a pleasure to work with and their service is excellent. They show up when they say they will. I have tremendous confidence in their technicians. Hi Dave Gibson, Just wanted to let you know that our door was installed yesterday and it finally finishes the nice look of our home. Jose Mejia, the installer, worked all day by himself and did an excellent job. He patiently took the time to explain how the door functions, and the operation of all the controllers. My new garage doors were installed on 05/21 (Friday). The installers arrived on time and new doors were installed professionally. As you know my garage was converted to room before, the old door was sealed onto the frame. The preparation took quite some time. The two brothers really knew that they were doing. Mr Jose Arias installed my On Trac garage door on 8/20/09. He came at the appointed time. He was very personable, he worked quickly and efficiently.
