This place is incredible. I have never been or have even heard of a car repair shop that treats people like these people do. It was beyond my expectations right from my first phone call in. Really! When I called, Stacy answered the phone and spent 20 minutes asking all about what was going on and what she could do to help me. I went down there of coarse, and it just got better and better. I am so glad I found this place. I met the owner at a church event a few months ago and he made me very comfortable just chatting with me about a problem I had with another place awhile ago. I took my car in for an oil change and they gave me a ride home right away. When it was all done they came right over and picked me up to come get it. They even washed it for free just because. A business that actually does it right! My wife's friend went to a car awareness class that this place offered to teach. She told her it was very cool and the people were great. So after hearing all about it, our car needed some stuff and we went over here instead of the Lexus dealer in Riverside. The Lexus dealer has always been good to us so I was a little worried to try somewhere new, but I am so glad I did. Let me first tell you that I was watching Good Day LA on Friday morning and I saw the owner of this place giving away a minivan to a 10-year old girl and her mother. The girl had sent in an essay to Exclusive Auto explaining all the bad things they had been dealing with lately.
