This company is a SCAM. When i applied for a lease after i send all the paperwork they told me im approved to finance a trailer.They ask me for 3900$ for the first and last month,like a security deposit.After they received the money they called me and said they don't have a program for me.I ask for my money and they said i have to wait 30 days.After 30 days i received 2500$ when i called them and ask for my 1400$ they said is for the processing fee .300$ documentation fees plus 2% from the... We paid American Capital Group in full for a lease on a trailer on 2/8/2011, recieved a bill of sale, but still have yet to recieve the title after almost three months. American Capital Group's legal department and portfolio manager hasn't responded to numerous voicemails and emails regarding the status of title.
