Bestline had the cheapest price and they did double the work that every other described. It was a rare pleasant experience. Everyone is so nice to work with. What I liked is the workers were extremely quiet and everyone seemed to know exactly what to do. It is Saturday evening on the Memorial Day Weekend and I thought I was going to have to move to a hotel for the weekend because all the toilets in my home were clogged. I called the plumber I was using for 30 years and he said he was busy. I called 5 more plumbers and nobody wanted to help. I found Bestline Plumbing on the internet,. These guys are without a doubt the most professional,clean,polite and considerate group of guys I've come accross yet. These guys even cover the floors in the work areas and REALLY clean up after themselves when the job is done. The price was lower than my other bids by hundreds of dollars. I've been using Bestline Pluming since around 1978 and commend them every time they service one of my rental properties and my personal home. Bestline's plumbers have always been dependable, courteous, and their prices have always been what I call inline with other companies. Bestline just finished installing a new air conditioner in my home and their service was terrific. My wife is the fussiest person when workers are in our home. Bestline had to make holes in our plaster ceilings and they covered everything so well there was not a spec of dust in our home. On 3/26 both my toilets were clogged so I called Bestline, Mike and Willie came to the house. First they flushed one toilet and water spilled all over the floor. Next they went under my house said there was waste leaking and it would cost over $8,000 dollars to fix and could start work the next day on Sunday. Charged me $190 unclogged 1 toilet and left without giving me a receipt. My contractor’s plumber came out on Monday and said there was only water under the house and the plumbing was OK.... I was really surprised. Bestline Plumbing installed new drain pipes in 1994 and I was surprised when David told me everything was perfect. I live in a 70-year old home in Los Angeles and I called three plumbers to repair my floor furnace at home. We receive mail and flyers from Bestline Plumbing all the time, so when we needed their service this is what we got. I called them on Wednesday but they couldn't get to the house until 2:00pm. I asked if they would come the next day and was told they would be there between 9:00am and 10:00am.. At 10:30 I called to find out where the plumber was or why he hadn't called. Bestline made two appointments and gave a window of when they would arrive. No phone call to say they would be late, no phone call to reschedule. I had to call each time to reschedule. I wish I would have read the reviews before I called Bestline Plumbing. My experience with this company is almost identical to the other reviewers. I called to schedule an appointment. I was offered Friday which was no good, I was then offered Saturday and told there would be not an extra change. An appointment time was given between 9am-12pm. Even though Best Line plumming was over 30 minuts late I was very happy with the service. I called a different plumber to clean my kitchen drain and when he came to my house he worked for over an hour and he said he could not get the drain clear. I have dealth with this company in the past (no problems) although it has been a few years so I call back to deal with a new issue. I contacted the company on Friday to request service on Monday and asked if we could be the first appointment, as I had to work. We have used Bestline plumbing in the past and everything was OK, but recently we called and made an appointment - waited - no show - we called and the EXTREMELY RUDE person at Bestline said they were too busy and we would have to wait.
