Service is horrible. Rosa, the receptionist is rude and usually hang ups the phone on you. Rossana Bruns, the property supervisor, is careless and never returns your phone calls. If your apartment ceiling collapse, you have to wait whole day that she returns to her office and checks her voice mail. There is no emergency contact on their lists.
