I ordered a dining room table and 4 chairs in June 2009. Each chair was $250. Two of the dining chairs arrived damaged. The velvet was worn off the seats, and each had a tear in the fabric in the same spot on each chair. The delivery men left me with the two damaged and said they would order two new chairs. Since then I have had 4 deliveries of equally damaged chairs. It is now approaching 1 year since my original order, and I still have 2 damaged dining room chairs. I'm fed up! Customer S... Ordered $3k in bedroom furniture in May. Scheduled delivery date was 7/21 between 10 am - 2 pm. I took the day off work but delivery never showed. I called and they rescheduled for the next day. When they arrived 3 pieces were damaged and they were unable to secure the mirror to the dresser. They also put 2 holes in my walls. I reordered the damaged pieces and they arrived in September. They lie I bought a couch they told me it came with a lifetime warranty I bought in 1996 it actually broke in 2009 so we called to have frame repaired we were told they tell people a lifetime however they really dont honor that they believe 7 years is lifetime. Read More »
