Moved from California to Alabama. California office would not deal with our claims after the move because they had no one in this area to look at damages. After 18 months and arbitration we received nothing. I would not recommend this company. This was our 5th move and I will not be calling ARL or Mayflower for out 6th. My experience with American Relocation in Santa Fe Springs was vary positive+ The move was from Los Angeles CA to NY. Scott Trout was right on with the weight estimate so no further billing was sent to me after the move was completed. The move was on time, well executed and nothing was broken or damaged.
