Purchased New Murano a few weeks ago. There for 6 hours, very long process. My trade in car keys were held by dealers during the negotiation process. No one seemed to know who had the keys. Continued to listen to new deals throughout this time. Finally reached a deal that seemed reasonable. This dealt with dealership providing part cash (check format) and application of remainder of trade-in value applied to my lease. The portion that was applied to my contract deal was completed. I purchased my vehicle from Tustin Buick GMC in 2008. I've had my vehicle in for regular maintenace, the service department is excellent, my service writer was Gary Gilbert. I understand that he was relatively new to this position and I must say that he was very attentive to me and other customers in the service area.
