Ring I was sent did not match the website photos or description. It was supposed to be a heavyweight ring but weighed significantly less than the metal weight listed on the website (and that is taking into account the 5% variance they list on the website). "EXCELLENT QUALITY .. EXCELLENT SERVICE .. COULDN'T BE HAPPIER! I have a LOT of high end jewelry but I wanted a new pair of simple gold hoop earrings. I went to a local jewelry store I frequent often .. showed them the hoop earrings I was wearing .. told them I merely wanted same diameter .. BUT a wider width "look". Purchased a 14k 10g solid gold bangle from them for my fiancee as a birthday present. When I received the item and weighed it, it was only 7g. Thats a 30% and $100 difference. Company has not responded to my email and there is not enough time to find a replacement elsewhere before the date arrives. Also, don't be deceived by the free 2-day shipping. Recently I received a ring that I purchased from sarraf.com (18k White Gold Contemporary Comfort Fit Band 7.5mm). However, there was a stamp inside the ring “Benchmark® 14K” (the company manufacturer). This ring supposed to be a solid 18K White Gold and not 14K. Sarraf jewelry is a terrible company. Buy at your own risk. They sold me a diamond pendant which turned out to be of very low quality and worht nothing compared to what they said it should. i returned it and boguth from somewhere else. Do not buy from Sarraf.com Read More »

This was my first purchase online so I was really nervous about going through with it, but I decided to take a chance and so glad I did. Sarraf jewelry was a pleasure to do business with and will be purchasing more jewelry very soon. When I recieved the chain I purchased I took it to my local pawn shop to test and weight it. Sarraf is an excellent company to order from, I just received the items I ordered and they arrived as promised and are gorgeous. I am very happy with this company and their jewelry. The color, weight, and design are exceptional. I ordered a filigree ring and a 22" 18K chain and they are both stunning.
