dont even use atlas shippers or youll regret.they have the worst customer service,very rude people.you cant call their phone service no one answers and handle your concerns.their shipping process was very slow it will take long time for the boxes to arrive,and once you complain they will just yell at you or treat you bad. Atlas Shipper has a schedule pick and we are given a window time between 1PM to 4PM. And when I call to follow up with their 800 number I was told the schedule listed on their record was a 5PM pick. My wife and I sent two boxes to the Philippines. It was full of christmas gifts but when my brother in law received it, the two boxes were half way empty. So, I called the costumer service but they told me to email Anthony Eugenio (anthony.eugenio@atlasshippers.com) He is located in Las Pinas Philippines. My wife sent us a package last june 11 then she said to expect it after a month. I check their online tracking and it says july 11. The following week when I checked, it was moved to july 15, after 2 days, it was moved again to july 19 and again was moved to Aug 5. This is the most frustating part, when I checked this morning, it was moved again on aug 15. How many times are they gonna change that estimated time of delivery. Never ever transact with this company...they truly suck! as previously mentioned by another client, they don't deliver on time. they promised to deliver on the date we agreed in fact they already updated their online site with the details like name of driver name of truck and the status. they had it taken out of their warehouse already...i waited till night only to be told that they can't deliver anymore becoz they got stuck someplace. They need to change their payment method in Sacramento office. They only accept cash or check, which I do not carry all the time. Very backward...This is very inconvenient. Also, one of the lady receptionists need to be trained better when dealing with customers. She was with another customer , and I excused myself to borrow a sharpie so I can write on the balikbalayan box, she replied that I will have to wait coz she is with another customer...What? for just a sharpie, I really have to wai... Poor customer service. They do not return calls despite several calls made to their office. I talked to two employees and they gave me different response to same query. The manager even said to use other cargo services. I will never use Atlas Shipper for my door-to-door cargo again. Read More »

My family had been an Atlas Shipper's customers for years. When my mother passed away in 2006, I hired a 20ft container from Atlas to ship my mother's belongings back to the Philippines. Alex (the Atlas representative I dealt with) was so nice and professional but I now he is no longer with the company.
