The Company's website offers an on-time guarantee. However, the job I contracted for with them was supposed to take 4 days. The contractor did not finish it. He has also missed four separate appointments to meet and review the unfinished scope of the work. (Two of those he did not even call to say he would miss.) We contracted with them more than 2 years ago to re-pour our basement to 8' deep. It was 6' deep. The contracted time was four months. It has now been 27 months to date since construction started and they have still not finished the work. Much of the work done to date is NOT to building code standards.
