I had the misfortune of having my car towed here after an accident when the tow driver called by the police for me lied and said I could not have my car towed to my house. CONSUMER BEWARE***** RIP OFF COMPANY**** CON-ARTIST***FRAUD***THEFT.....This company is a scam. CONSUMERS beware. if you take your vehicle here be sure to have them list any charges or they will entrap your vehicle and you will spend a lot of time , money and resources in to getting your vehicle back. It has been almost 3 months now and I still do not have my vehicle. They have not repaired it. They said they only way I can have my vehicle back is if I pay them close to $5,000 for storage fee... I CHOSE AIRPORT COLLISION TO REPAIR MY VEHICLE AND WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY PROVIDED ME WITH A RENTAL, THEY TOOK CARE OF ME VERY WELL. THEY WHERE VERY FRIENDLY, VERY HELPFUL. HELPED ME OUT FROM BEGINING TO END. MY VEHICLE CAME OUT OF THE SHOP LOOKING LIKE NEW. BEWARE OF WHAT YOU SIGN????? THIS COMPANY HAS A HISTORY OF OVER CHARGING YOU FOR THINGS THAT WERE NEVER PERFORMED!!!! MELISSA IS THE RING LEADER AND WHO EVER HIRED HER SHOULD BE SHOT, SHE IS RUDE AND VERY UN-PROFESSIONAL!!!!!
