We have an official complaint in at the BBB against Vericomm. In my thirty plus years of business, I have never met such an incompetent group in my life. The "National Sales Mgr" (laughter) "manager" wrote notes about the exact machine and processing system that we wanted; got EVERYTHING wrong making numerous mistakes from the types of cards that we would accept to ordering gift cards rather than loyalty cards. Great company with excellent service..Not to mention that im saving on average $159 monthly om my processing..I wonder why i was paying an extra $159 a month to my bank for..let me guess Fees..Thanks to vericomm i can save that $159.. Read More »

A rep came into my shop while I was busy and let me know who he was and then told me he would come back when I had time. He came back 3 hours later and waited while I finished up with a customer. He explained to me that he could help my business save money and offered a free cost analysis. I let him look at my statement and he found several hidden fees that my processing company was charging me ( I won't say there name because I don't want a legal battle). Vericomm participates in deceptive sales practices. From our experiences, we are becoming aware that the company preys on small businesses. Information was added to our contract after we signed it, then we did not see the final contract for a month. Therefore, we did not have the opportunity to cancel in the three day period. From my experience and that of a number of small businesses in my area, if someone from Vericomm visits with you about credit/debit card processing....RUN as fast as you can. They are criminals who are out to scam you and suck you into their hole of lies and deceit. Vericomm's sales rep lied to me; I have repeatedly attempted to resolve the matter with this company, all to no avail.
