John and his company did a super job designing and replacing our 28 year old residential ac and heating system, including replacing the ducts and adding vents and relocating our refrigeration line. Ocean's price was very competitive and reasonable. Some of the work was added to the job at no extra charge. We even received a nice bonus check from Ocean thanking us for our business. Ocean Air Conditioning & Heating recently put in a new air conditioner and furnace at my home. Their work was superb, products are great. Technicians were friendly and courteous and on time. Ocean Air is the best and Tim the service mgr ROCKS!!! Our furnace stopped working on a cold Friday in January around noon and by Saturday (the next day) at 10am the problem was diagnosed and a new one was installed. I have recommended this company to my friends and family. The are honest, knowledgeable contractors who are not out to scam you. They repaired my heater for $115.00 when another company tried to scam me telling me I needed a whole new heater. I will never use another company, they are the greatest. If you need your air conditioner and/or furnace serviced or replaced and you are looking for a company that is prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and honest, please call Ocean Air. After leaving a message, I was called back promptly and an appointment was set up for the very next day. John arrived on time. He was a pleasure to deal with. Ocean Air installed a new Lennox furnace in my home in November, 2010. Every instance of dealing with John Kopp and his crew was of the utmost professionalism. They were extremely responsive, took the time to explain their approach for the replacement of an old furnace and even made very helpful suggestions relative to other safety issues in my furnace/water heater area. This September (2010) we chose Ocean Air Conditioning & Heating to install a new furnace and a complete A/C. Our house is near the beach so we never had an A/C unit but decided it was time when our old furnace needed to be replaced to also add the A/C. I've never written a review on a company, but was so impressed by this one that I am taking the time to do it. This company was professional, knowledgeable and very fairly priced. We had experienced some trouble with our previous Heating and Air company and Ocean Air was able to point out the existing problems and take the time to explain them to us. Outstanding service. I had a complete replacement in my residence to the Furnace, Air conditioner, Air purification and all the ducts. It was a 3 day job the crew was prompt, responsive and clean to complete the job as originally stated in the contract. I would highly recommend Ocean Air Conditioning & Heating Co. to anyone. Our air conditioner quit giving out cold air on one of the hot days last month. I found this company on the web and called them. I was a bit nervous, as I had not heard of them before. They were wonderful! Someone came out that day.
