Did not honor warranty (clam check), Poor Service. 

Dejaun failed to honor the warranty/claim check. 3 months after I delivered the watch to them for repair (on delivery they handed me a claim check stating there would be no charge and it was covered under warranty), they informed me that I was responsible for the repair cost. After speaking to the manager he basically said too bad and that it,s not his problem. So I took it to Ben Bridge jewelers and they fixed it for free with great customer service.
