I'm a daily player and I don't suffer lag like some people complain about.
Perhaps you need to upgrade your hardware, or at the very least, do some maintenance on your system?
I have had tickets unanswered for a couple of days myself, and I think they could improve in this area. However, keep in mind they get flooded with tickets every day because some people would rather open a ticket to ask a question about something than to look it up on wowhead.

Blizzards primary product has devolved into pure shame. Full features that were advertised for their expansion were not available on purchase. Not only, that, they were never implemented, and it is almost a full year later.
