Whether you are a new customer or, like me, have been a customer for over 16 years, you get the same competent and quality service and products from Computer Palace. Computer Palace is by far the number one computer store in Los Angeles. Their expertise never fails, I have taken my computers to them for over 10 years and have been more than happy with the service and price. Before I went to this store I had called up the warranty department of my laptop and they had informed me that I was out of warranty and had to pay a ridiculous price to get my computer fixed. I decided to go to computer palace to see what they had to offer me and I am very happy I did. They were very straight forward with me and offered me a fair price for the repairs. Thanks guys! As of this writing, I've made three purchases from Computer Palace -- one small and two medium size. I must say I've been very impressed. What actually got me to go with the last purchases was their outstanding support on products that I did not even purchase from them. By the time I had gone to CP, I was already very frustrated with two other stores (wasted my time & money). At Computer Palace, they were knowledgeable and more than courteous to me. Why can't other be like these guys? I have been looking for a company to help us with our computer purchases, rentals and provide on-going services. Better than Dell warranty. My Dell computer was under warranty, I spend two hours on the phone with Dell with no help. I went to these guys, they fixed the problem very quickly and at a fair price. In future I will avoid warranty hassle, and I will go to these people first. Read More »
