I knew I should have left the second I got their because I had a bad feeling about the company. I watched them yell at a patient in the lobby. They Belittled and embarrassed the poor lady! I felt so bad for her. They didnt take a second to hear her, they just embarrassed her in front of all the patients in the lobby. My tooth was hurting, otherwise I would've left right then. I went in for ex-rays and a check up. I saw the dentist and she informed me the Treatment Coordinator would give me an estimate for the work that needs to be completed. After 3 phone calls she finally emailed me a case presentation/Estimate. The first one I got from her said the total cost would be $4,740.00. I called her back and asked why are they charging me $165.00 to have one cavity filled, when I look at the insurance copay it shows I should pay $20.00. She said hold on and then hung up... DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!!! The front desk receptionists and insurance/office manager are basically glorified salespeople that have no idea what is going on in their office. I have been there 6 times this past year and have had 2 sets of x rays taken and two exams. All they do is try to up sell you on services that you don't need.
