The owner said they would be putting down 2 layers of 30lb roofing paper under the new shingles. The first problem happened when during the removal pieces of the old roof fell down vents into the range hood and the bathroom exhaust fan. I had to take the rang hood apart to remove the debri. When I complalined to the owner he said that was "normal" during roof removal.
