I almost never log in to write reviews, but I thought it was important to write one for Mike Dilella at the Financial Counseling Center. To me, it is rare to come across someone who is not only knowledgeable, but also treats people like human beings. He took the time to sit down with me and answer my questions--and I am really slow to digest things sometimes!--and I never once felt rushed. I was extremely impressed with my expereince at the Financial Counseling Center. The staff was friendly, courteous, and empathetic towards my struggle with financial matters.
