I recently bought a house and have receipts from the previous owners. We put in a air conditioning unit over $10,000. The City Expection showed they needed to put an emergency turn off switch. Something you'd think they would know off the top. They also put in the piping so we were unable to change out our UV light. Which is another health hazard for us. The emergency switch was put in, but 10 inches above the area which floods. I had problems with my down stairs (only one downstairs) toilet. I have older friends and family who cannot climb stairs, so it was important to have this only restroom available to them. I called Cole Services and they responded quickly and efficiently. Within a couple of hours Kevin called and was out. He fixed the problem. He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I called Cole Services to see about installing a switch for my existing gas fireplace. I spoke to a girl by the name of Lori and she said a technician would be out the following day between 10 and 1 p.m. I live out of state, so i asked a friend to unlock our home and wait for the technician to arrive. We were extremely pleased with the service we received. I'd give them 6 stars if that was possible. The price we were quoted was extremely fair; the workmen were exceptionally courteous, hauled away the old furnace,installed the new one promptly, and left the work areas spotless. The office folks kept me informed when their truck would arrive, and the information was accurate. After a open house at their location I did some leg work on the company. I found that the president of the company has a great attitude,sense of humor and has a great vision for his company so I don't see how the previous review can say such a thing I do not think the owner would let his customer think that of his company !
