I gave one star only because there was not an options for zero or minus stars. Let the buyer beware. I strongly urge you to go elsewhere. I ordered a program "CleanMyMac" for down load as well as a hardcopy disk of the program. With a total cost of $39.90. I made a hard copy of the invoice. Nova Development Corporation's Rebate Program. I purchased Photo Impact Pro 13 from this company after I saw that they had a $30.00 rebate for purchasing this program. On the cover of the box it stated that you would get a $60.00 rebate if you purchased a camera within 30 days of buying program. Lousy customer service relating to WebEasy Professional 8. I would avoid buying from this company. I have had trouble with the software registering properly and it keeps asking for a 24 digit serial number and I have to go through several steps just to get it up and running. At one point, it lists my name with the term "illegal"!
