I went here years ago and they fixed the car just fine. Owner said he would give me a break on certain prices and said his quote would beat most other places. It ended up to be the same, but it was a leased car, so I didn't care too much. This year I brought in a car that was owned. I care more about it. Unfortunately the fix was not just right. I have been a customer of Specialty Body Works and Ed for 25 years. I have lost count of the number of times I have been there, but refer all my friends to him. A rolling postal truck last swiped the side of my car. I took the car to Specialty, picked up a rental right there, and went on about my business. Against my insurance's suggestion, I decided to bring my damaged New Car to Specialty Body Works. Owner Ed assured me that he can save me some $$$ by reducing the deductible amount I'd have to pay in the end. I asked how much the savings would be, every time we spoke, in person & by phone. He wouldn't tell me, but kept saying he'll take care of me. He also said he'll save me $$$ by making the repairs faster so I don't have to pay too much on rental.
